OnFire Stores – Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

At OnFire Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If the product is not damaged and the correct item was sent, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at onfirestores@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please first return the original item. Once your return is received and approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
